Operation Vets (OV) is an independent consulting organization created by John Powers aimed at helping to develop and support on-campus programs that serve veterans transitioning into higher education after military service. OV's objective is to assist higher education institutions in initiating and/or enhancing existing student veterans programs to better serve veterans in achieving their post-secondary degree goals.
